All content, images, and information on our website are protected under copyright law, patent law, and intellectual  property rights. Any product or company mentioned on this site is a trademark of its respective owner or holder and  may be protected by patents and/or copyrights granted or registered by the relevant authorities. They may only be  downloaded or used for personal, non-commercial use; therefore, no part of the content may be copied, modified, or  resold for profit or any other benefit.

2) PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING, DATA PROCESSED AND LEGAL BASES: The processing of the personal data of site users is carried out in Italy and conducted in accordance with applicable  European legislation: European Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), which regulates the processing of  personal data by any entity residing or based within the European Union. 

Specific information for the processing of your personal data when you access and use the Company’s website is  provided below:

3) RETENTION PERIOD FOR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA: 

The processing will begin at the time of data collection and the data will be stored by the Company for the strictly  necessary period to fulfill the purposes mentioned above. In more detail: 

– For the purposes indicated in point a): The processing will begin at the time of data collection, and the data will be  stored for a period not exceeding 2 years from their registration. 

– For the purposes indicated in points b) and c): The processing will begin at the time of data collection and will be  stored until the account is deleted. Subsequently, some data may be stored for a period not exceeding 10 years  (Article 2946 of the Civil Code: rights are extinguished by prescription after 10 years – for the exercise or defense  of a right). 

– For the purposes indicated in point d): The processing will begin at the time of data collection. As for the IP  address, it will be stored for a period not exceeding 30 days. Data used for site security purposes (e.g., blocking  attempts to damage the site) will be kept for 30 days. Data used for analytics (statistical purposes) will be kept in  aggregated form for 24 months. All other data will be stored for a period not exceeding 31 days within log files.  After the specified retention periods, such data will be automatically deleted. 

4) RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA: 

Your data may be sent to the following recipients or categories of recipients, including for the purpose of providing you  with the requested product and/or service: 

– Consultants, collaborators, and other subcontracted service companies. 

Additionally, please note that your personal data may be shared within the Company and disclosed to employees and/or  collaborators (appointed in writing as Data Processors under Article 4 of the GDPR or Authorized Personnel under  Article 2-quaterdecies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Data will not be communicated, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to third parties without prior notice to users, and  with their consent when required by law. 

5) COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING SYSTEMS: 

We would like to inform you that during your navigation on the pages of the aforementioned Site, the Company may  install so-called technical cookies on the browser you are using in order to improve your user experience, as well as  analytical cookies intended to provide the site manager with purely statistical data. 6) TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES: 

The data from the website may be made available to third parties (External Data Processors or Authorized Persons)  within the European Union or in non-EU countries, which are regularly contracted and provide adequate security  guarantees necessary for delivering essential services to meet your needs. Such External Processors or Authorized  Personnel may belong to categories of entities that support the Data Controller in providing the services offered through  this site (such as, for example, software developers and website managers). Should this occur, please note that the transfer is authorized based on specific decisions by the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, and  therefore no further consent is required. 

7) OBLIGATION AND CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE PERSONAL DATA: – For the purposes indicated in point a), providing your personal data is optional. Refusing to provide the above mentioned personal data or later withdrawing consent will result in the inability to receive updates on activities via  newsletters. 

– For the purposes indicated in points b), c), and d), providing your personal data is mandatory. Refusing to provide  the above-mentioned personal data or later withdrawing consent will result in the inability to conclude the contract  and to use the services offered. 

8) SECURITY MEASURES: 

We process the data of visitors/users lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing  unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the  security of personal data during transmission by using HTTPS protocols, an extension of HTTP that works with another  protocol, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to transmit data securely by encrypting the information in transit. – Right to request access to personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR; 

– Right to request rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, where there is no conflict with  current legislation on data retention and/or the necessity to exercise the right of defense in judicial or extrajudicial  proceedings; – Right to request the deletion of your data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, where this does not conflict with  current legislation on data retention and/or the necessity to exercise the right of defense in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings; 

– Right to request the limitation of processing of personal data pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR; – Right to object to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR; 

– Right to receive personal data concerning you in a commonly used and readable format and the right to transmit  such data to another Data Controller without hindrance, provided that the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of  Article 20 of the GDPR are met; 

– Right to withdraw consent at any time if the lawfulness of the processing is based on consent under Article  6(1)(a); 

– Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 13(2)(d). 10) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: 

Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible for any damages of any kind caused directly or  indirectly by access to the Sites, or by the inability or impossibility to access them. The Company reserves the right to modify the content of the site at any time and without prior notice and does not guarantee that the site will never experience interruptions, or that it will be free of errors, or that errors present on the website will be corrected. The Company will include updated information on the site, but does not guarantee its  completeness and will strive to correct any errors and/or imperfections that come to its attention. The user agrees to be  bound by any such potential and future revisions and therefore commits to periodically visit the site to be informed of  any changes. 

The Company may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, the Privacy Policy of the Site also considering changes  in laws or regulations governing this matter and protecting your rights. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy of the  Site will be notified to users on the homepage of the Site as soon as adopted and will be binding as soon as published on  the website in this same section. 

11) INTERPRETATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY: 

The official version of this Privacy Policy Art. 13 GDPR is in Italian. Any written notices in another language have  been translated from the italian official version. Therefore, in the event of any discrepancies or conflicts regarding its  content, the authentic interpretation of the notice pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR shall be derived from the content of the  official Italian version of the privacy policy.
